A successful graphic artist, Sarah set out several years ago to start her own design firm. Today she employs 35 designers and works with high profile clients including several Fortune 500 companies.
Sarah's philosophy has always been to involve the client early in the design process and continue to request their feedback frequently as the project progresses. Before Backboard, the overhead required to send frequent proofs to clients was cost-prohibitive. Now, Sarah's team creates one Backboard per design, uploading each iteration as a new version. Clients automatically get an email any time a new version is posted. Sarah has found this process saves a huge amount of time and money by avoiding work on a concept a client won't approve.
Sarah's favorite feature: Backboard's simplicity. Sarah likes that Backboard is easy for her clients to learn and use. They immediately grasp Backboard's red pen metaphor and are anxious to review each new iteration.
